Come to Queen Street Thursday, July 14 from 5-11 p.m. for the Downtown Street Party.

The Downtown Street Party will be a blast with late night shopping, sidewalk sales, tons of Kids activities including: inflatable’s, games, prizes, a family film screening later that evening right on the street!

For the adults we have a classic car show, beverage tents, BBQ’S, draws, live bands, Square Dancing and more! Pack up the family and head downtown for an evening of entertainment and shopping.

Please be aware that Queen Street will be closed to traffic from 3 p.m. to midnight from Pim to Dennis to allow for event setup and cleanup.

Brock and Bruce Street intersections open to traffic. Please be mindful of the open intersections.

Square One : East Street to Brock Street
Be whisked away for an exotic escape with Jewels of the Oasis Belly Dancers !
Dancing during our Downtown Street Party July 14th .
LopLops, Mane Street and Grand Theatre are serving you ice cold drinks for hopefully hot summer day , and a local favourite band The Boothill Crooners will be playing. Maybe you will catch a glimpse of Case’s Music’s group Frantic Young who will be walking the blocks singing some tunes !
Don’t forget to shop local ! as shops will be staying open to join the party !

Square Two : Brock Street To Spring Street
Spin your partner round and round , or just come on down to Square Two and see the AlgomaTrad Square Dancers!! our friends put on quite a show ! All the stores are staying open late to suit your shopping needs!

Square Three : Spring Street to Elgin Street

Square Three is the place to be ! with the March Street Stage having various DJ’s , Barrelhouse and Reggies’ Place Patios pouring ice cold drinks , and serving hot food! Maybe you prefer something Sweet ? Q bakery and Tazzi’s ill be open serving the best baked goodies!
The Art Gallery is coming to vist ! bringing crafts and some selfie boards !
If shopping is your thing, this block is for you ! all our friends are staying open to party with us all night !

 

Square 4 : Elgin Street to Bruce Street

Perfect day to make a furry friend !
Come down to Square 4 ( Elgin to Bruce ) and make friends with the Meadow view Alpacas !
Meadow View Alpaca Farm is bringing some friends to meet and showcasing some handmade goodies.
Canadian Mental Health didn’t leave the pooch at home !
They are also bringing some furry Canines’ to pet!

got a sweet tooth? look out for Lock City Dairies Holy Cow – Ice Cream truck , and if candy and sweets is your guilty pleasure Dan’s Candy Stand will be serving tasty treats !
while the kids play get your Rings shining like new courtesy of Savoy’s Jewellers! Soo Dance will be Performing and providing the block with music. More local shopping is open late !!!
