This Sound Healing Event will feature calming tones, love poems, and music that honors love. Allow the vibrations to open your heart and elevate your spirit. This is a deeply relaxing, live music event. A meditative journey. An immersion into sound and vibrational healing.
During this experience, participants lie down in a comfortable position on a yoga mat. The yoga mat, bolster and blanket are provided for your comfort. You may bring a pillow for added comfort if you would like. We use the sounds of seven crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the native flute and more to invite healing, love, self-discovery, and rejuvenating effects.
In addition, Anne-Marie administers Reiki and Healing Touch to each participant to add to the experience.
