The benefits of the Zero Vacancy program for property owners is a low risk opportunity to fill empty street level storefronts with rolling short term leases with the option to end the lease at anytime in the event a prospective tenant is seeking a long-term lease. An added risk reduction includes business insurance for the short-term leaser would be covered by the BIA.
