•In 2009, I started shucking at an Oyster house in Toronto, swiftly delving into shucking competitions and achieving success. After moving to Vancouver years later, I honed my skills at a busy oyster house, shucking several thousand oysters weekly. Throughout my journey, I’ve competed professionally, securing placements and victories in prestigious international oyster competitions, with experience shucking over a million oysters in my career. Grateful to be part of the global environmentally conscious community, I’ve had the privilege of working at remarkable restaurants and Oyster houses across this beautiful country I call home. I eagerly look forward to my next venture back home to Sault Ste.Marie!
