Queenstown Strategy: 2024

The purpose of this strategy is to bring forward recommendations to the Downtown Association Board of Directors based on feedback from the Board itself, BIA members, patrons of Queenstown, and from other communities. The goal is to provide a framework for a plan for 2024 and create action items with Board input after review of this strategy.
